The Roman province Trakia (Thrace) is
separated from the rest of Turkey by the Bosphorus, the Marmara Sea and the
Straits of Dardenelle. Edirne, near the borders of Greece and Bulgaria, is
well known for the masterpieces of Sinan architect Mimar local, with
